Hello. We are Rob, Sue, Katie & Tom Elton. Sue & I first went on holiday to Lanzarote in 1995 and completely fell in love with the island. We had been on holiday together to Majorca / Minorca / Mainland Spain before Lanzarote but somehow arriving just before Christmas to glorious sunshine, we knew this was the place we wanted for our holiday home. Eventually we took the big step and purchased in August 2003. We bought Casa Rosulida with Dave & Lilian (Sue's mum & dad) as a holiday home, but decided to rent it out to help pay the bills.
Our philosophy has been simple. People go on holiday to have a good time and holidays provide precious memories. We believe strongly in providing the best holiday accomodation possible at affordable prices. It seems like we are doing something right because we have so many people who rebook with us time and time again!
If you are wondering where the name comes from? Casa Rosulida is named after RObert, SUe, LIlian & DAve (RO-SU-LI-DA).
Ok so we are not ATOL/ABTA members, but we have been around for nearly 20 years now , so I think your holiday is pretty safe with us!
